Very Helpful Easy format

Found this book to be very helpful in starting up a personal concierge business. It is divided into sections and doesn't have to be read in order. The language is presented in easy to read words. The sample forms are good guides. The Selling Services, marketing and advertising and the Social media sections were especially helpful to me. I also have a book from Fab.com on Personal concierge with a CD. The two together gave me enough boost and courage to begin my business.

a little disappointed

I was a little disappointment, because when I read a description, it made it sound as if there would be forms included that help with starting and there wasn't much that was helpful in that way. I didn't find much that I couldn't have just found on the Internet myself. I wouldn't suggest this book.
